1. Current website operation
Submitting the Contact or Open Ticket forms stores your data in Supabase through restricted server-side access. A reference is displayed after storage is confirmed. No automatic email is sent, and attachments are not accepted at this stage.
2. Intended data and purposes
Data includes name, business email, company, message and, depending on the form, optional phone, product, issue type, priority, subject or requested service. The purpose is to assess commercial or support requests and manage follow-up. Never provide passwords, tokens, or unnecessary third-party personal information.
3. Cookies, language, and infrastructure
This version does not install advertising cookies or optional analytics. Language is determined by the URL: English at the main route and Portuguese under /pt. Forms are not stored in localStorage. Hosting infrastructure may process technical metadata, such as IP addresses, timestamps, and request information, for security and operations. The operator must confirm providers, settings, and retention before publication.
4. LGPD, GDPR, and your rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, and information about processing. Legal bases, response deadlines, exceptions, international transfers, and security measures must be defined and reviewed by the responsible operator. This draft does not represent a claim of LGPD or GDPR compliance.
5. Retention and access
Requests are stored in Supabase and cannot be read or changed publicly. No administrative dashboard or automatic deletion is configured. The operator must still define retention and deletion schedules, incident procedures, and processor agreements.
